6 years ago, Tuomas released his first solo album, Music inspired by the Life and Time of Scrooge, a “14 years in the making -project”. Already in 2002, in Maan Mainiot (the documentary dedicated to him, by YLE), Tuomas said that he wanted to compose an album inspired by Don Rosa’s stories. And he was lucky enough to have Don himself for the cover art!
